Super brief synopsis - Euphoria follows troubled teen Rue (Zandaya) as she copes with the unexpected loss of her father by way of drugs. All of the drugs. Any of the drugs. Addiction in the midst of teenage angst and discovery.
 
This newest episode - Stand Still Like the Hummingbird - can be watched on its own as a one off. Rue hits the Bottom bottom and is going thru withdrawals and we get a super raw, scary, accurate portrayal of what an addict will do for that next fix.
 
Seriously if you haven't kept up or never cared to entertain this show for whatever reason, you can watch just this episode. You will however get a godsmack dose of reality, whether you empathize or not. Zendaya did that. You might even find yourself rooting for her along the way.
