If you know nothing else about me, just know how much I love me some Diana Prince, aka Wonder Woman. This movie is based on the true story of the origin/comic creation of Wonder Woman. Dr. William Marston, a then Harvard psychologist and inventor, had invested in sex studies and research, with his brunette wife as his assistant. During these studies, another lady, with blonde hair and blue eyes, was introduced into their relationship (see what he did there?!) The story also includes the inspiration of the Lasso of Truth, which, well, just watch the movie. It's Not what you would expect, considering Wonder Woman's status in pop culture and in fact a lot of our childhoods. But for those that are interested in a small slice of pop culture history, you'll enjoy this one.
